How to create a simple button in DEV-CPP (DEV-C++)

OK, you create a Windows application and then code it to look something like this:

A lot of the code might be automatically generated by the DEV-CPP IDE but please notice a few different things, such as the WM_CREATE part where we create a new Window (DEV-CPP sees buttons as some sort of windows). 101 is a custom value that we later test for in WM_COMMAND and if true then shows a message box (or wathever you decide to do).
